The City of Sacramento prides itself on being the second largest provider of aquatics in California, operating 13 outdoor swimming pools. The City of Sacramento offers a well rounded program that includes swim lessons, swim team, water aerobics, lap swim, and Junior Lifeguard Academy.

We are always looking for qualified lifeguards and aquatic team members. Lifeguard classes are available through the Sacramento Lifeguard Academy. All 2010 classes are full.
